What is on the page
- The seven days with lines for appointments, in the order you choose (Monday or Sunday first), with dates and the ISO 8601 week number.
- National holidays for the United States, Brazil or Portugal written on the day, from the same data as the yearly calendars.
- Top three priorities: what has to be done by Sunday even if everything else slips.
- A to-do list with checkboxes and a 7-day habit tracker.
- An undated version to print in bulk and fill in by hand.
How to use it in 15 minutes a week
- Pick a fixed time to plan, like Sunday evening or Monday morning, and print the page for the week.
- Copy in the fixed-time items first: meetings, appointments, classes, bills due. The week's holiday is already printed.
- Write the three priorities. If everything is a priority nothing is; three is what fits in a week with surprises.
- Spread tasks over the days that have room and keep the rest on the to-do list. At the end of each day cross off what you did and carry over what you did not.
- Before planning the next week, look at the previous page: anything carried over three weeks in a row needs to be dropped or split into smaller steps.
Week numbers and holidays
Week numbers follow ISO 8601: weeks run Monday to Sunday and week 1 is the one with the year's first Thursday. By that rule 2026 has 53 weeks and 2027 has 52. With Sunday-first weeks, the planner shows the week number of the Monday that follows.
The printed holidays are national ones (federal in the United States) and, marked separately, Brazilian optional days and Portugal's optional Carnival, the same as on the yearly calendars.

- Is the weekly planner free?
- Yes. The page is built in your browser and you can print it or save it as PDF as often as you like, no sign-up.
- What week of the year is it?
- By ISO 8601, Sunday, September 27, 2026 is in week 39, which runs September 21 to 27, 2026. The "This week" option uses your device's date.
- Can I print the planner without dates?
- Yes. Choose "Undated" in the week picker: days show only their names with a blank for the date, so one sheet works for any week.
- How do I print the planner on US Letter or A4?
- Pick the paper and orientation, press Print / Save as PDF, and in the browser dialog confirm the same paper, 100% scale and headers and footers off.
