1. Pick a layout: the whole year on one sheet (for a wall or the fridge), one month per page (12 pages with room to write) or two months per page (6 pages).
2. Pick paper and orientation. US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) is preselected; switch to A4 if you print outside North America. The paper chosen here has to match the one in the print dialog, or the browser shrinks the page or clips the edge.
3. Press Print / Save as PDF. In the browser dialog keep scale at 100% ("Actual size") and turn off "Headers and footers" so the URL does not print on the page.
4. To keep a file instead of paper, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination. For a black-and-white printer turn on ink saver: holidays get a black outline instead of a blue fill.

US calendars start the week on Sunday, so that is the default here. Switch to Monday in the builder if your planner does.
